Above images explore the nature of ‘flock of birds’. Augmented reality of natural surroundings, an example of ‘flocking birds’ through the sky embraces the characteristic of birds behaviour influenced by the external impact. The concept is developed by means of social, spatial and contextual creations by ‘digitally’ formed birds. It attempts to intimate everyday life, expressing qualities of how flock of birds react in certain situations. At present, mapping of mouseX is created to suggest a drastic movement path of attracting or swaying a flock of birds from one point to another. MouseY is mapped in accordance to the impact it has from the external interference of wind or predator.
Digitally created ‘flock of birds’ is created by an interesting composition of forms developed by means of rotation speed, wind speed and flapping speed. The flock of birds are mapped to move simulatenously as a pack.
